We will be accepting applications for the 2024 George Sahadi and Larry Vargo Memorial Scholarships beginning March 1, 2024. Applications will be accepted through April 30, 2024.

Our Mission

The BGFA, as alumni of Bishop Gallagher High School, have come together to connect and cultivate lifelong relationships developed in athletics at BGHS, and through our shared Christian values, to support the Association’s mission of giving back to our community.

Social Mission

• The organization will provide a way for alumni of Bishop Gallagher High School (BGHS) to come together, reconnect old friendships and form new collegial relationships.

• Although Bishop Gallagher High School is physically closed and no longer in existence, the organization will preserve and proliferate the spirit of Bishop Gallagher High School.

Charitable Mission

• To give back to our community by carefully identifying and positively affecting persons, organizations and causes that align with the Christian values held by the organization.

• To engage in fund raising and other support activities that support the charitable causes chosen by the organization.

• To support members of the organization in charitable efforts that align with the organizations efforts and value.
